An exclusive sales preview was held recently for Twins at Damansara Heights project developed by Panareno Sdn Bhd, a company formed by four established names in property development; our Group’s Property Division, the real estate investment arm of American International Group Inc., Singapore-based Koh Maju, and Heeton Holdings Limited. | Twins will be built on a 2.17-acre freehold land at Damansara Heights. The project will offer 318 units of luxury residential suites, in twin 36-storey blocks, with 159 units in each block. It offers seven different unit types, with unit sizes starting from 766 square feet to 2078 square feet for the standard units and from 2171 square feet to 5,261 square feet for the penthouse suites which are duplex and triplex suites.
