Antara Steel Mills’ Safety, Health & Environment Department is organising a monthly programme on Safety Awareness at Work Place & Basic First Aid to reiterate the importance of safety awareness and provide employees with basic first aid knowledge.
Under the programme, members of the Bomba Squad will also attend Coaching Sessions to refresh their knowledge and keep them on their toes. | The first and second sessions of the Safety Awareness & Basic First Aid programme were conducted on 18 December 2008 and 22 January 2009 respectively while the Coaching Sessions were held on 13 January and 17 February 2009. All the sessions were conducted by Antara's internal trainers and Safety Committee members. |
