The anchor tenant of East Coast Mall, Parkson occupies 105,640 sq ft of retail space over three floors with two floors dedicated to Women’s & Men’s fashion from apparel to accessories; and a floor for children’s and home department merchandise. Shoppers have choice of selection from about 300 brands of merchandise including some exclusive brands making their debut in | Kuantan such as Joseph Abboud, Louis F’eraud, Jeep, Elle Paris, Beside U and Fashion Accessories by Park Avenue.
Like all the other Parkson stores, employees are trained in customer service with emphasis on quality service. Parkson also offers services such as porter and security escort service, free alterations, home delivery and umbrella facilities. Amenities such as seating areas and nappy change room are also provided for the comfort of customers. |
