Since January 2009, Antara’s Bomba Squad members have been actively involved in the monthly Coaching Sessions conducted by Encik Mat Othman Amat Yasin, Safety Assistant from the Safety, Health & Environment Department.
Senior members, Encik Bonsu Hj. Salam, Encik Mohd Baha Pauzan and Encik Othman A. Kadir take turns to assist Encik Mat Othman in the theory and practical sessions which require members to review the fire protection system as well as the tools and techniques for putting out fire and rescue operation. In the practical section, an officer from Balai Bomba & Penyelamat Pasir Gudang tests participants on the ‘Kawad Hose Drill’. |
