Our Group Chairman and CEO, Tan Sri William Cheng signed on behalf of the Group while Vinashin was represented by its Chairman & CEO, Mr Pham Thanh Binh. The signing was witnessed by Vietnam Prime Minister, The Honourable Nguyen Tan Dung, during his visit to Kuala Lumpur for Malaysia’s 50th anniversary celebrations. Group Executive Director, Datuk Albert Cheng and senior Group Managers were present at the signing. |
