The Group’s Property Division is involved in the entire spectrum of property investment, development and management of various types of properties. Its portfolio includes major townships, high-rise serviced suites, office towers, industrial parks, shopping malls, hotels, resorts, golf courses and others.
The Group has also developed several industrial, commercial and residential projects in Singapore. In China, it has completed the 12-storey Parkson Tower in Beijing and the 50-storey Parkson Tower in Qingdao whilst in Jiangsu, it has commenced the construction of D’Venice Waterfront Residence, a residential and commercial property project in Changsu City comprising 4-storey duplex villas, 3-storey shop-office, 6-storey walk-up apartment, 22-storey SOHO, 12, 18 and 28-storey apartments featuring European designs. Elsewhere, in Shenyang, the Group is involved in the development of a 2,000-unit high rise residential project.
Given the rapid growth and demand for housing and commercial space in Vietnam, the Group has identified some viable projects for implementation in the country.
