We, Lawer Supendi, Warno and Tjhai Tjhin Kiat, being the Directors of PT Lionmesh Prima Tbk, do hereby state that, in the opinion of the Directors: The Board of Directors is responsible for preparation of the Financial Statements, including internal control system and disclosure of all information is complete and true. The accompanying balance sheets, statement of income, statements of changes in equity and statement of cash flows together with the notes thereto are drawn up in accordance with the Principle of Financial Accounting Standard (PSAK) generally accepted in Indonesia so as to give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Company as at 31 December 2008, and of the results of the operations, cash flows and the changes in the equity of the Company for the financial year ended on that date.
