The Board of Directors PT Lionmesh Prima Tbk is responsible for preparation of the Financial Statements, including internal control system and all information disclosed are complete and true, pursuant to the Decree of the Stock Market No. VIII.G.11 about the responsibility of Financial Report. The accompanying balance sheets, statement of income, statement of changes in equity and statement of cash flows together with the notes thereto are drawn up in accordance with the Principle of Financial Accounting Standard (PSAK) generally accepted in Indonesia so as to give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Company as at 31 December 2010, and of the results of the operations, cash flows and the changes in the equity of the Company for the financial year ended on that date.
